Kettlebell Workout for June 15th

This one is designed to be done outdoors, preferably at a track with bleachers if one is available.

Run up and down the bleachers once
10 Kettlebell swings
X 5

Run up and down the bleachers once
5 Kettlebell Snatches each hand
X 5

Side step the bleachers up leading with left leg, run down, side step the bleachers up leading with right leg, run down.
5 Kettlebell Cleans each side
X 5

If bleachers aren't available, then run 30 meter sprints instead.
