With a 24kg kettlebell:
.25 mile Farmer's  Walk switching hands every 30 steps.
3 TGU each side, two 110 meter sprints  X 5
20 Swings X 5
.25 mile Farmer's walk switching hands every 30 steps.ands every 30 steps.
