Kettlebell Workout for November 6th 2014

Perform the following without breaks with one hand, then repeat with the other hand.

5 Bent Rows, 5 Presses
4 Bent Rows, 4 Presses
3 Bent Rows,  3 Presses
2 Bent Rows , 2 Presses
1 Bent Row, 1 Press

Perform the following without breaks with one hand, then repeat with the other hand.

5 Swings, 5 Snatches
4 Swings, 4 Snatches
3 Swings, 3 Snatches
2 Swings,  2 Snatches
1 Swing, 1 Snatch

Perform the following without breaks with one hand, then repeat with the other hand.

5 Squat Presses,  5 High Pulls
4 Squat Presses,  4 High Pulls
3 Squat Presses,  3 High Pulls
2 Squat Presses,  2 High Pulls
1 Squat Press,  1 High Pull
